    I have as at this moment been trying to contact your beauty department for 30 minutes and after the department picked up the phone with out saying a word to me, left the phone on the counter whilst I could hear all their conversations still no one spoke after 10 mins ,I then cancelled the call and redialled trying several departments to get through including General enquiries still no answer it's now 35mins I'm extremely disgusted at your lack of communication from Redditch Kingfisher branch .
