  I placed an order for £164.45 worth of consumables on the 30th of August 2017. It has since which transpired that the company Tyre Bay Direct ltd went into administration just a couple of days later. The company you are dealing with now are an new American based firm called Atlas Automotive Equipment. ATLAS WILL NOT HONOR ANY UNCOMPLETED TYRE BAY DIRECT ORDERS PRIOR TO THEM TAKING OVER THE FIRM! I have been provided the Administration details to allow me to submit a claim for my losses however I doubt there will be any compensation for those of us at the bottom of the list. What frustrates me the most is that Tyre Bay Direct are still trading using the same name and website address whilst implying that they are the same company. They are quoting on their websites front page "Tyre Bay Direct are a family run business with over 20 years experience in the tyre equipment industry". This is now completely false. I have spoken to the team at "Tyre Bay Direct" since their revival and have forewarned them prior to leaving such a negative review as, being a business owner myself, I feel that every company deserves the opportunity to put things right when they go wrong. Unfortunately the company ethos appears to be one of not caring. They do not care for my custom. They do not care for my satisfaction. They do not even care for their own reputation. I am just relieved that I had not ordered and do not own any of their pricey tyre changing equipment. Should this matter be resolved I will certainly leave a new review but regardless to the response of this company you can assume the matter was not resolved if I do not post saying so.
